One-Day Basic Mountaineering
This program introduces the fundamental equipment and skills for snow and low-angled ice climbing with lots of hands-on instruction. This is the perfect way to start your training if a trip to high mountains like Rainier, Kilimanjaro, or the Alps is in your future. Cost per person is $175.

Intermediate Mountaineering Program
If you are serious about learning the skills to climb big mountains, this is the course for you. All the basic skills for safely climbing steep snow and moderate ice will be covered and a long technical climb will be attempted. The culmination of the course is an attempt to climb a high peak in the Presidential Range in New Hampshire -a chance to put your skills to use way above timberline. Cost per person is $250.

Glacier Skills Clinic
Though there are no glaciers in the Northeast, we can still teach you the basic skills needed to climb on glaciated peaks. If you have done some mountaineering and have aspirations to climb bigger peaks then this course teach you the basics of glacier travel and crevasse rescue. Cost per person is $175.

One-Day Alpine Climb
This glacial cirques on Mt. Washington and steep side of other Presidential peaks are home to some of the most spectacular snow and ice climbs in the US. Extensive climbing experience and a high level of fitness is required for this demanding day in the mountains. Cost per person is $250.
